How To Use This Form
At District One we like to help you focus on the following areas, nutrition, training, and skills.
When it comes to nutrition we look at calories, protein, and nutritional health.
When it comes to training, we like to focus on consistency in the gym and activities outside of the gym, like walking, running, cycling, sports, or fitness events.
We also look at skills within the gym. For example, becoming stronger in a specific lift or improving cardiovascular health on an erg.
Pick one area you would like to focus on so that we can help you move closer to that goal.
