Our nutrition coaching is built around a structured 6 week programme delivered through weekly 1:1 coaching sessions. Here's how it works:

Week 1 — Your coach conducts a full nutrition assessment covering your current eating habits, your training schedule, your lifestyle, your goals and your starting point in terms of calories and macros. From there a fully personalised nutrition plan is built around you — not a template, not a generic calorie target, but a specific plan that accounts for your body composition, your activity levels and what you're trying to achieve.

Weeks 2 to 6 — Every week you check in with your coach to review progress, troubleshoot what isn't working, adjust your plan as your body responds and build on the habits you're developing. This weekly accountability is what makes the difference between a nutrition plan that sticks and one that falls apart after a fortnight.

Our 1:1 nutrition coaching covers everything you need to understand and take control of your diet — total daily calorie intake calibrated to your specific goals, macronutrient balance including the right amount of protein to support muscle building or fat loss, meal timing and structure that works around your schedule, practical food choices that fit real life rather than an idealised version of it, and sustainable habits that you can maintain long after the 6 weeks are done. We don't believe in cutting out food groups, obsessing over every gram or making eating feel like a punishment.
