Referral Partner Program

This Is About More Than a Referral.
My name is Ronan. I’m the founder of District One and I’ve been in this industry long enough to know one uncomfortable truth:
Most people know what they need to do. They just don’t do it alone.
Your clients trust you. They walk out of your clinic with a plan, a protocol, and the best of intentions. But between their appointment with you and their next one, life gets in the way. The exercises don’t happen. The progress stalls. And they come back to you no further forward — or worse, further back.

That’s not a failure on your part. That’s a gap in the system.
District One exists to close that gap.
We work exclusively with adults over 30, not to chase aesthetics, but to fight the real enemies of long-term health: sarcopenia, osteoporosis, and the slow erosion of strength and function that comes with an inactive life. We give your clients the one thing that makes the difference between a plan and a result: guided, accountable, expert support — every single session.

We have a long history of working alongside the medical and allied health community. Post-surgery. Post-reconstruction. Chronic pain management. Injury rehabilitation. We know how to work with the body as it is — not as it was at 25.
And when something comes up inside our gym that needs clinical attention, we send them straight back to you. Because that’s how a real partnership works.

When you refer a client to District One, you’re not just sending them to a gym.
You’re giving them the structure, the guidance, and the accountability that turns your clinical expertise into a real-world outcome. You’re extending your care beyond the clinic door. And you’re joining a network of practitioners who believe that strength, longevity, and quality of life aren’t luxuries, they’re the mission.
Our top referral partners refer 3 to 5 clients every month. Not because they have to. Because they’ve seen what happens when their clients finally have the follow-through to match the plan.

If that sounds like the kind of partnership you’ve been looking for — fill out the form below.
We’ll be in touch within 24 hours. No pressure, no obligation. Just a conversation between two people who care about the same thing: the long-term health of the people who trust us with it.
— Ronan, Caileigh & Jack

Our referral partner programme is overseen by the senior coaching team at District One.

For Sandymount, the programme is run by Jack (business owner) and Gareth (business manager).

For Rathmines and Harold’s Cross, the programme is managed by Ronan and Caileigh, who are also business owners and senior coaches.

All four coaches have worked together for 5+ years and helped design the strength training systems and programming used across District One. We also have strong experience working with rehab clients, helping people transition safely from injury recovery back into structured strength training.

How the Programme Works

To submit a referral, there is a referral submission form on the District One Gyms website, which we can share with you. With the client’s permission, you can send their details through the form or WhatsApp them directly to Ronan or Jack.

We will then arrange an initial phone consultation with the client. If the practitioner has specific rehabilitation exercises, we’re happy to incorporate those into the programme to ensure the client is completing them correctly and consistently.

Most referrals begin with our Fundamentals Programme:

• 3 one-to-one sessions with a coach

• €65 per session (€195 total)

These sessions focus on technique, continuing rehab exercises, and building a solid strength foundation.

After Fundamentals, clients can move into small group strength training or continue with one-to-one coaching, depending on their needs. Some clients may require additional rehab support, which we handle on a case-by-case basis, but the Fundamentals programme works well for the majority.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and long-term strength training, helping people build strength, improve bone density, and reduce the risk of future injuries. In many cases, this approach is also preventative, helping clients stay strong and avoid future problems.
