District One is a strength and conditioning gym for busy adults across Dublin who want to train with purpose and get real, lasting results. We're not a commercial gym — every session is coached, every programme is structured and every client is treated as an individual. Here's what we offer:

1:1 Personal Training Dublin

Our personal training in Dublin is built entirely around you. Your coach will assess where your body is, design a progressive programme around your goals and be with you every step of the way. Whether you want to lose body fat, build lean muscle, improve your strength or simply feel better as you get older, 1:1 personal training is the fastest and most effective way to get there.

Small Group Strength & Conditioning Dublin

Our small group coaching sessions bring the energy and motivation of group training with the structure and quality of personal coaching. Groups are kept intentionally small so every member gets proper attention, proper technique and a properly progressive programme. This is group training in Dublin done properly — not a class, a coaching session.
